Printing Methods

CHILLIBULL utilizes the highest quality FLEX, FULL-COLOUR FLEX and Screen Printing to decorate your garments and apparel.

We do NOT use, believe in or endorse the use "IRON-ON" transfers for ANY reason!

 


Product Quality

CHILLIBULL only prints on high quality apparel, garments and accessories.
For example, for T-shirts, we only use top brands such as, Gildan, Hanes, American Apparel and Bella! We wear what we make, too!

Is this website secure?

Yes! We have taken great measures to ensure our site is safe and secure for our customers. We have chosen a reliable, dedicated hosting provider, purchased
McAfee Secure (tested daily) and GoDaddy SSL Certification.

Is my credit card information safe?

Absolutely. When placing orders online, your credit card details are not stored or viewed by CHILLIBULL. We use Paypal Pro for payments.



What types of payment methods do you accept?


At this time we accept all major credit cards and for special situations, Money Orders and Cash.



Shipping Times, Rates and Other Information.


Do you combine shipping?

Yes! Shipping is combined at checkout. If you are ordering more than 10 items, it is always best to
contact us first to get the best rate available.

How and when are my items shipped?

For the majority of our items, we use
CanadaPost for shipping.

In most cases, all items are shipped the next business day after payment is recieved.

Delivery Time Estimates:

Canada - 2-7 business days
United States -
3-9 business days
International
- 3-14 business days

As we do not control the Postal Service, items can take a bit longer. Please contact us if you have any questions about your shipment.

Tracking information, if available will be sent to you via e-mail once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer Local Pickup or Delivery Services?

For general or orders under 50 items, we don't offer pickup or delivery. In certain instances we will arrange pickups or drops depending on your location and the quanitity ordered (Radius: GTA, Northumberland and the Kawarthas)


May I visit your shop?

At this time, CHILLIBULL is an online only company.
